Seven years ago we launched the platform many of you still know as Classic. It was ahead of its time back then — but time moves on, and so has the technology it was built on. It's been a remarkable journey, and none of it would have happened without you. Thank you for being with us through all of it.
For the past year we've been quietly building what comes next, and that work is now complete. Today we're retiring Classic and opening a new chapter, built on the best technology available — just as we did seven years ago. Welcome to Lumvara.
What happens to your current subscription
Nothing changes overnight. If you have an active subscription on Classic, we'll honor it right through to your final paid day. Once it reaches the end of its term it can't be renewed, as we'll be closing Classic down after the very last subscription has run its course.
If your current Classic subscription has more than 30 days remaining and you wish to transition to Lumvara, we can facilitate this process. Please contact us to express your intent, and we will provide the applicable terms and conditions.

Rather than ask you to take our word for it, we'd like you to experience Lumvara first-hand. You're invited to a full 2 day trial, completely free — no commitment, no payment, nothing to cancel if it isn't for you. If you enjoy what you find, subscribing at the end is simple.
One plan, no fine print
Lumvara comes as a single, straightforward plan: $35 per month for five connections, cancel anytime, no contract. The 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans from Classic won't carry over. Keep everything you're used to and gain what Classic couldn't offer — sync across all your devices, separate profiles for your household, and recommendations tailored to what you actually watch.
A new app: Lumvara
Lumvara runs on a brand-new platform. It replaces your Classic app, which will no longer work, and your sign-in details will be new as well. When you request your trial you'll receive an email with everything you need to get started — please read it through before your first sign-in, and you'll be up and running without any hold-ups.
Your saved list and progress
A fair thing to ask about. Because Lumvara is built on entirely different technology, your saved list and viewing progress can't be brought across — the two systems simply aren't compatible. It's a genuinely fresh start.
